Start with the correct game

Individual Yono games can have separate accounts and login systems. Check the exact app name and provider before entering account details. A login for one app may not work in another.

Common login checks

• Check your connection and confirm you are using the current app version from a verified source.
• Check that your phone number or email is entered in the required format.
• Use the provider’s official password-recovery process instead of repeated guesses.
• If an OTP does not arrive, follow the app’s retry guidance and confirm the intended contact details.
• For an account restriction, contact the provider’s verified support channel.

Account recovery

Only the app provider can confirm account ownership or restore access. Do not pay someone claiming to unlock an account through an unofficial channel, and never share your OTP, password or UPI PIN.

Directory support

We can review incorrect directory information or a broken support link. We cannot log in to an app on your behalf.
